We’re looking for a career driven, creative & curious Community Manager to help us make, distribute & manage more ground & social-breaking ideas in our social team. Overseen by the Senior Social Planner, this is a great opportunity for anyone looking to really develop their career in social.
The core of this role is everyday community management, moderation and development of reactive content but you’ll working closely with the Senior Social Planner & Paid Media Manager to help develop and make bigger campaigns live & sing in social.
You will be expected to be the voice of expertise when it comes to social and how consumers use it, have a keen eye for content that is engaging and shareable, be part-writer (and support the creative teams in developing content that really works in social), part-client sounding board and results-focused.
You will need to immerse yourself in the HYUNDAI brand – so a love of cars is a must. Be prepared to spend time with clients in their offices (High Wycombe) really getting under the skin of the brand on a regular basis and be prepared for some evening/ weekend work on occasion. Whilst our office hours are 09.00 – 5.30, like most social teams, we’re willing to be on-line outside those hours.
Alongside the rest of the Social Team you will be involved in reporting on the performance of the social channels and content as well as feel confident to make recommendations for optimization of strategy and content plans in line with KPIs and business objectives.
There will be a lot of learning on the job and you’ll need to be a proactive multi-tasker with a ‘can do’ attitude. We’re looking for someone who is great with clients and can seamlessly be “the lynch pin” between the agency, brand and community.
The Role – Specifics
You will be expected to be adept and confident in executing the following tasks:
Social Software/ Tools
You must be able to schedule, post, moderate & pull analytics across Facebook (Business Manager), Instagram (Business Manager), Google, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest.
In an ideal world, you would have direct experience using some/all of the following social management and analytics tools but if you don’t have direct experience, you will need to demonstrate and tell us how you plan to master them quickly or show experience of similar tools.

The Social Designer is a hybrid designer who is equally at home creating eye catching statics as motion graphics and fun visual designs and posts for use across social channels.
You’ll be full of inventive ideas for making a range of contemporary, fresh looking social posts, image treatments, cinemagraphs, brought to life through simple motion graphics & video.
You’ll be a digital native with a solid understanding of all the social platforms and know how to make great eye catching content for mobile & tablet outputs.
This will be backed up by good experience in core visual design, ready to help out on creative presentations, pitch decks, and key visuals or storyboards.
You’ll have great knowledge of the Adobe suite and other key creative tools, techniques and approaches, and feel comfortable talking through new ideas and options with other teams.
Working into the Senior Creative Team and Executive Producer, and alongside our social and community teams, the Social Designer is the go to person for making our work pop out of the screen and grab attention.

Plus, knowledge of InDesign & Illustrator would be a bonus, as would any extra creative pursuits or interests such as drawing, photography/ video making etc.
